House Rules
PLEASE,
- If the number of travelers during your stay exceeds the number indicated on your reservation, a fee of $100 per undeclared traveler and per day of stay will be applied. Please keep us informed of any changes in the number of travelers to ensure everyone's comfort.
- A late check-out (after 11:00 am) will incur an additional charge of $50 (plus taxes and service charges). If this departure is later than 12:00 (noon), the additional charge will be equal to the average price per night that you paid at the time of booking. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that the cleaning crew has all the time they need to do their job properly.
- To ensure the comfort of all our guests, a $250 charge will be applied if the presence of an unauthorized animal is detected. In addition, the same amount will be charged if smoke odors (cigarette, vape, cannabis, etc.) are detected after your stay.
- Our cleaning fees cover normal cleaning after departure. However, if the cottage is left in a condition that requires exceptional maintenance (e.g., dishes not washed, trash not taken out, significant mess, damage requiring specialized cleaning), additional fees may be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center, based on the actual invoice from the maintenance team (minimum $250).
- Simply to ensure that our cottage meets your expectations, please take the time to read the entire ad and the house manual that we will send you before your arrival.
- We reserve the right to require a security deposit of $750 in special circumstances, such as when we feel your reservation may present a high risk to our property and its rules, for example prohibited parties. If we deem it necessary to request such a deposit at the time of your booking, and you are unwilling to pay it, we will fully understand if you choose to cancel your booking. In this case, a full refund will be given. We would like to stress that such requests are extremely rare and are made for the sole purpose of protecting our property and ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.
